Welcome to our Website!
Principal Lelia Parker and her Pelicans know that good communication leads to success. Woodlake is a learning community, and we believe that our families are partners in education. The goal of our website is to provide you with up-to-date information to keep you informed and engaged in your little Pelican's learning journey.
STUDENT HANDBOOK: Located in the front of your child's Agenda (provided by the school on the first day of school), the handbook will answer many of the questions new families may have. Please look over the handbook carefully. You may also read it online. The handbook is updated each year.
SCHOOL ZONE CELL PHONE BAN: You may have noticed that the city of Mandeville has been installing “Hands-Free Zone” signs in school zones within the city limits of Mandeville. Act 410 of the 2014 legislative session requires that these signs be posted in school zones. Motorists are now prohibited from using any type of hand held wireless communications device while traveling through school zones during posted hours. Fines range from $175 - $500. Since this is a new law, we want to ensure that our families are aware of this. Thanks for your continued support to keep our students safe!
CAR RIDER INFO: If your child will be a car rider...Cars should enter Foy Street from Florida. At the first stop sign on Foy Street, take a left onto Villere. Travel around the curve until you are in front of Woodlake. After the curve, Villere becomes Livingston Street. Teachers will be awaiting students. Once you have dropped your child off, please continue your exit on Livingston.
BEFORE & AFTERCARE: Our Before & After Care is run by one of our Kindergarten teachers, Ms. Melissa Jaeger. Click her name to email questions. Click here for pricing information.
